I have a few documents that need translation, but there are no local translators near me who can handle the language I need. So I started thinking about whether to hire a professional translator online. I have never hired someone online for this kind of work, and I am unsure what questions to ask. Has anyone here done it? How did you check the translator's experience? Did you communicate by email or video call? I would really appreciate hearing how the whole process went for you.
